Working alongside Brady Dunklee has been one of the most inspiring and enriching experiences of my professional journey. Brady is not only an exceptional public health leader, but also one of the most organized, thoughtful, and brilliant thinkers I’ve had the honor of collaborating with. I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of his work; how he moves with clarity and purpose at the intersection of systems and community, always centering people, equity, and lasting change. His ability to build bridges between healthcare and the lived experiences of communities is unmatched. Whether leading major initiatives or teaching/supporting Community Health Workers, Brady brings integrity, strategy, and a deep sense of care to everything he touches. What sets Brady apart is the way he shows up for others. He was always eager to share knowledge, listen deeply, and support those around him. He has an extraordinary ability to translate big-picture systems thinking into grounded, actionable change. His presence and partnership have had a lasting impact on me both professionally and personally.

why ‘commonflower’
common means both shared and everyday.
flower is a noun and a verb, an outcome and a process.
Communities and systems have different ways of seeing everyday care and the obstacles to it.
There’s common ground where we meet, if we meet with care.
